Primeride started out in 1999, under a different name, ‘Airport Direct’. As a family run business, we served to the local customers of Chelmsford, becoming one of the most favoured independent airport transfer services in the area. In this time we built a large loyal customer base who always returned to us for their journeys, appreciating the fact that we are reliable and courteous, always happy to accommodate for their needs on a personal level.

In 2020 things changed as the company underwent a brand and service revamp, with an updated name and look. No longer offering just airport transfers only, we started providing chauffeur services for all business and private travel. Keeping the same ethos, we hope to move further into the future, meeting new clients while maintaining our unparalleled level of customer satisfaction.
